Litigation Counsel

Profile

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Counsel to join its Atlanta, GA office. This role is designed for a motivated attorney looking to provide support within the Products, Catastrophic, and Industrial Litigation practice group and the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Health Care practice group. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a dynamic and thriving legal team.

Duties

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and attorneys, ensuring that all parties are informed throughout the litigation process.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring that all materials are readily accessible and up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies and case management plans.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience within a law firm setting.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Georgia Bar.
