Duties

• Assist with eminent domain and public finance projects.
• Participate in infrastructure and government procurement cases.
• Contribute to construction and prevailing wage issues.
• Support real estate and legislative drafting tasks.
• Handle Government Claims Act-related matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in public agency or environmental law preferred.
• Prior work at a government agency or in communications is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Humility and a sense of humor.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
