A law firm seeks a motivated Partner-level Attorney to join its expanding General Liability Practice in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in General Liability and/or Trucking litigation, with a preference for those possessing a book of business. This role offers substantial autonomy and access to top-tier resources.

Duties

• Lead and manage the General Liability Practice team.
• Develop and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with in-house teams for business development and marketing.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Deliver exceptional client service and legal representation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in General Liability and/or Trucking litigation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team-building skills.
• Proven track record of client development.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
