Duties

• Understand litigation requirements and translate them into operational strategies.
• Maintain deadline controls and ensure adherence to escalation protocols.
• Drive filing readiness by managing documentation and pre-filing information.
• Deliver a client experience based on trust and empathy.
• Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers.
• Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols.
• Manage post-filing litigation requirements, including pleadings and trial preparation.
• Oversee discovery workflow execution and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate to improve litigation support workflows.
• Mentor and train legal support staff.
