Duties:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist clients with banking and finance transactions, including negotiations and documentation.
• Engage in mergers and acquisitions, guiding clients through the complexities of these transactions.
• Offer strategic advice on corporate governance and related issues.
• Participate in tax-exempt financing projects, delivering expert guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage multiple projects effectively, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a law firm setting, with expertise in one or more relevant areas of business and finance law.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Massachusetts; multiple state Bar admissions are advantageous.
• Exceptional writing, document drafting, and analytical skills, coupled with high self-motivation and intellectual curiosity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills.
• A demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining focus on individual responsibilities.

Education:
