A law firm in Morristown, NJ, seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate should possess superior writing and organizational skills and must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey and/or New York.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in New Jersey and/or New York
• 2-4 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:
