Senior Counsel, Contracts & Commercial

The candidate will support the VP of Legal and Head of Commercial, Strategic & Corporate Affairs on commercial contract drafting and negotiations for all services and products. Will drive and assist in supporting and advising on strategic partnerships, licensing new business initiatives, sales, customer care, inventory and content supply agreements, and general corporate matters. Apply intellectual curiosity and outspoken self-starter approach who enjoys negotiating with counterparties and engaging with the business to solve sophisticated business and legal issues. Develop and implement standardized templates and processes. Build partnerships with colleagues around the world. Work with cross-functional teams across the globe and support the readiness and release of products and features by identifying and driving the resolution of issues related to privacy, data security, marketing, competition, intellectual property, tax and other legal and regulatory areas to build scalable processes to provide products that our customers can trust.
