Duties

• Manage a caseload of litigated claims
• Prepare for trial, including strategy discussion and discovery
• Conduct records review, client interviews, and witness preparation
• Research complex litigation areas
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Attend hearings
• Communicate with clients

Requirements

• California bar admission
• 2-6 years of litigation experience
• Experience in product liability, premises liability, automotive warranty, tort, toxic tort, and environmental law

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• California State Bar License
