Duties:

• Participate in litigation teams handling complex securities fraud actions

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft substantive legal documents related to securities laws

• Develop litigation strategies and make informed tactical decisions throughout all phases of a case

• Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including multi-party discovery matters

• Maintain professional communication with clients and case teams

• Oversee and support legal administrative personnel to ensure the timely and accurate execution of case-related tasks

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in complex litigation (securities litigation preferred)

• Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and analytical reasoning

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team-based legal environments

• Adaptability to integrate feedback, manage shifting priorities, and handle pressure professionally

• Familiarity with litigation case workflows and client communication

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California (active and in good standing)

Skills:

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
