Marketing Coordinator
The candidate will be working closely with the Firm’s Executive Director, HR Director, and Managing Partner, as well as the 39 attorneys and their staff. Overseeing the development of various marketing projects related to legal marketing. Working on RFPs, attorney presentations, press releases, e-mail marketing blasts, newsletters, advertisements, and firm marketing collateral. Assisting attorneys with their individual marketing plans and business development initiatives. Creating and maintaining attorney online bios. Updating and maintaining the Sacks Tierney Website (WordPress). Assisting attorneys with awards, recognition and submissions when applicable (Chambers and Partners, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Martindale Hubbell, Ranking AZ, etc.). Planning large and small events (networking, Firm, educational, CLE). Working alongside the accounting staff and the Executive Director to keep the marketing budget up-to-date and assist attorneys with their budgets and objectives throughout the year. Working with vendors (promotional items, advertisements, tickets, etc.). Executing all sponsorship elements and client events for the Firm and its individual attorneys. Maintaining the Firm’s social media accounts and posting engaging content when appropriate (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and monitoring online review sites. BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design or other related degree is required. Should have 5+ years of previous marketing experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Social media experience is a plus. Social Champ, Linktr.ee and Constant Contact experience is a plus.
