Duties

• Handle a variety of matters including construction defect, personal injury, toxic torts, commercial disputes, and insurance defense.
• Engage in all stages of litigation from client contact and investigation through pleadings, depositions, motion practice, and trial.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable using litigation technology and case management tools.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
