Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
• Represent clients at depositions, court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey or New York State Bar (or ability to waive in).
• 3-7 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

Certifications
