• Represent clients in State and Federal Court and administrative proceedings
• Conduct investigations and discovery
• Prepare for trials, including drafting discovery demands, conducting depositions, preparing motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at trial
• Provide general legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team

Requirements:

• Membership in the New York State Bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Effective communication and advocacy abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, teamwork environment

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
