Customer Service Representative / Receptionist
The candidate will answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls - as many as 100+ daily. Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos. Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent telephone etiquette is needed. Experience using a multi-line phone system is preferred; call center experience is a plus. Should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance. Should be fluent in English; Bilingual a plus.
