Personal Injury Intake Specialist
The candidate will make/Receive initial phone call for our prospective clients. Gather pertinent information from the prospective clients. Request and follow up on supporting evidence for the potential claim. Utilize the workflow process completely with every client, both inside and outside of the firm’s case management software. Send out contracts via the firm Law phone app and review with client over the phone for electronic signature. Send Welcome Email to client within 24 hours of contracts being signed. Other duties as assigned by Intake Director and/or the firm. Bachelor's Degree is required. Proven work experience as an Intake Specialist is required. Hands-on experience with office equipment experience is required.
