Duties:

• Handle complex insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and D&O insurance policies.
• Manage commercial litigation matters, working on high-stakes cases for clients in various industries.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop legal strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, concise legal documents.
• Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Participate in the discovery process, including taking and defending depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring clear communication and professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in handling professional liability, general liability, and D&O insurance policies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
