Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
Conduct environmental due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions
Represent clients in environmental litigation matters, including enforcement actions
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, environmental assessments, and regulatory filings
Coordinate with technical experts and environmental consultants
Handle client communications and provide strategic legal counsel
Support senior attorneys with complex environmental cases and negotiations
2 to 6 years of experience in environmental regulatory, transactional, or litigation work
Demonstrated knowledge of environmental statutes, including CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, and CAA
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
Experience working with private companies and government agencies is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
Eligibility for reciprocity or admission in the state of practice (if not already licensed)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent academic credentials (Top 25% class ranking preferred)
