Duties

• Handle personal injury caseloads from filing through trial.
• Draft complaints, discovery, and pre-trial documents.
• Take and defend depositions with training and support.
• Attend court appearances, both remote and in-person as needed.
• Work as a Second Chair in trials alongside senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with a dedicated litigation team focused on client results.

Requirements

• License to practice law in California.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Genuine interest in trial work.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Interest or experience in personal injury law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California State Bar.
