Duties

• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant facts and regulations for cases.
• Prepare and conduct depositions.
• Select, prepare, and coordinate expert witnesses.
• Review, summarize, and highlight key evidence gathered from documents and other discovery materials.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in litigation and securities class actions.
• Exceptional writing and legal research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
