Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Modest portable book of business preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Admission to practice in Ohio or Illinois.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.

• Strong transactional experience in commercial real estate.
