Duties:

• Handle civil litigation and family law cases from start to finish
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Screen potential clients and assess the quality of cases
• Provide legal guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters
• Write legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues on a wide range of legal issues across multiple practice areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation and family law
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent oral advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases and court proceedings
• Knowledgeable in legal procedures and practices
• Client-focused with the ability to screen and attract potential clients
• Ability to excel in multiple practice areas

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
