The candidate will work on complex real estate transactions and business entities in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented, flexible boutique firm. Must have 10+ years of real estate transactional experience including leasing, purchase and sale, deeds, property taxes and transfer taxes, partnerships, LLCs, and joint ventures. Should be able to run high-end real estate deals without supervision, utilizing associates and paralegals. Only attorneys who are currently licensed in California will be considered.
