Duties

• Handle general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive pleadings and motions
• Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery
• Assist with class actions and multi-district litigation matters
• Organize and oversee case development and litigation strategy
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in client interactions

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience with class actions or multi-district litigation preferred
• Ability to independently manage research, drafting, and discovery tasks
• Strong academic credentials
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to sit for the bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission
