Paralegal - Contract Specialist

Duties: Draft, redline and negotiate a range of commercial contractual agreements. Interpret and ensure compliance with laws, rulings and regulations contained in contractual agreements. Research relevant information to ascertain the root cause of an issue, correct legal names, and correct legal addresses for counter parties. Prepare intake documents, create records in client-based tools, and escalate in conformance with playbooks. Manage the work flow queue according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Submit contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures. Upload contracts to the appropriate repository according to defined procedures. Respond to process questions from business users. Respond to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements in accordance with established playbooks. Respond to questions about the status of the contracts in process. Respond to tool questions and/or routing/escalations according to defined procedures.
