Duties:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of cases-from intake through to closure

• Guide and mentor junior legal professionals and support staff

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients at each stage of the process

• Maintain case documentation and deadlines with precision and accountability

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law

• Demonstrated success in trial litigation and courtroom proceedings

• Skilled in negotiating settlements and managing litigation strategy

• Ability to independently handle high-volume caseloads

• Leadership experience with team supervision and staff development

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut

• Committed to professional excellence and high standards of client care

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Connecticut
