The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance for publicly traded companies.

Duties

• Assist in compliance and reporting for publicly traded companies.
• Engage in capital markets transactions and public company M&A.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Ensure adherence to '34 Act, '33 Act, and stock exchange rules.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations.
• Distinguished academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Active bar license in the location of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
