The candidate will handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing. Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing. Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills. Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Bilingual is a plus. Should have 1+ year of experience in immigration law in the following areas: Removal Defense. Experience in using legal software is a plus. Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent client customer service and interpersonal skills required.
