Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior regulatory partner with 8 years of experience, including leading or acting as second chair in administrative, siting, and permitting proceedings before the NYS PSC, NYS Siting Board, NYS Office of Renewable Energy Siting, NYS DEC, and other similar agencies. The candidate will work with experienced practitioners in a multi-disciplinary practice with matters throughout the United States. Experience with NYISO tariffs and processes, including the interconnection process, is a plus.
