Duties

• Assist partners with client management and litigation.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and case managements.
• Participate in motions and trials.

Requirements

• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw and other sources.
• Understanding of litigation procedure or ability to develop it readily.
• Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.
• At least two years of legal experience as a lawyer in Florida.
• Membership in the Florida Bar.
• Knowledge or interest in family and criminal law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
