Duties

• Manage assigned litigation matters using case management software.
• Conduct court appearances and manage related travel.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the Arizona State Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
