Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates or first-year attorneys looking to specialize in personal injury litigation. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding case updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing cases.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic and committed to growing in the field of personal injury law.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Texas.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
