Intellectual Property Associate – Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media (T-CAM)

The candidate will the opportunity to work on trademark, copyright, and advertising issues, and may include both counseling and prosecution matters and contentious matters in courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Office, and the National Advertising Division. Should preferably have 2-4 years of experience in trademark law. Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes, and privacy matters is a plus. Must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Should have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
