Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney licensed and residing in Virginia to join its practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing creditors in foreclosures, evictions, and title proceedings. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Review title abstracts and loan documents for foreclosure sales.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Communicate with clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.
• Appear in court for motions, conferences, and hearings as needed.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Virginia; additional state admissions are a plus.
• Positive, respectful, and growth-oriented mentality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
