A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney in Houston, TX to manage all aspects of immigration law cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to guide clients through complex legal processes.

Duties

• Manage client cases from start to finish.
• Write and submit EB1/EB2 applications and briefs.
• Guide clients in gathering necessary documents, including cover letters and career plans.
• Index supporting documents in client files.
• Respond to Requests for Evidence or Notices of Intent to Deny.
• Review documents and collaborate with clients to obtain necessary information.
• Attend USCIS interviews.
• Assess and develop case strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in immigration law.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Experience in brief writing.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills and a positive client attitude.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to work in an office setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in Arabic preferred.
