Duties

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Contribute to capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters.
• Advise on venture capital investment transactions and private offerings.
• Provide guidance on compliance with Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings.
• Collaborate with teams on fast-paced, sophisticated transactions.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Minnesota.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills

• Leadership and organizational abilities.
