Ediscovery Project Delivery Manager
The candidate will work directly with clients in the consultation and delivery of eDiscovery and litigation support services. Support clients with one or more projects, overseeing timely delivery of quality work on time and within budget. Plan and project manage all support for the eDiscovery and litigation support project, including monitoring workflow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing, eDiscovery support, and obtaining other required resources. Manage and coach junior staff. Ability to maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future are required. 4+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys are required. Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activities are required. Strong knowledge of litigation support are required. Able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs are required. Undergraduate degree required Law degree, a relevant advanced technical certification, or other Graduate degree are required. Strong experience with the management of document review and similar eDiscovery related platforms such as Relativity are required.
