Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and current member of the Florida Bar.
• Three or more years of experience in foreclosure, real estate, or related practice areas preferred.
• Strong litigation experience, including bench trial exposure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and current member of the Florida Bar.
