Immigration Associate

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in immigration law matters. Will have the opportunity to work on challenging matters across the employment-based immigration spectrum, including EB-1, PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-1 and E-2, O-1, and EB-5 matters, as well as federal court challenges to unreasonable delays and denials (APA and mandamus).
