Job Overview

A law firm seeks a talented litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its active litigation practice in Seattle, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced litigators representing businesses and individuals in federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The practice spans a wide range of commercial and civil disputes, serving clients from emerging businesses to established companies across diverse industries.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings.
• Manage written discovery and document review; coordinate with litigation support as needed.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and ADR proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and help drive case strategy.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington bar admission and in good standing.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills; able to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Client-service mindset, sound judgment, and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate litigation and real property is helpful, but not necessary.
• Commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with electronic discovery and litigation support tools.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
