The candidate will greet guests and offering coffee/water. Answer multi-line telephone system. Conference room preparation for meetings (and clean up). Order food/beverages for meetings. Provide general hospitality services (e.g., make coffee). Distribute parking validations, and keep track of our inventory in parking binder. Break room clean up. Provide backup to legal assistants in retrieving and forwarding faxes. Maintain calendar of conference room meetings and depositions. Provide support to Director of Administration and Director of Finance for routine administrative tasks. Assist Office Services with event organizing. Should have 3+ years of experience.
