Duties

• Represent buyers and sellers in strategic transactions.
• Coordinate and execute corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct diligence reviews and coordinate deal closings.
• Supervise and train junior associates.
• Manage client relationships and perform general research.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of law firm experience required.
• Experience in M&A required.
• Experience in private equity fund management preferred.
• Experience supervising junior associates required.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
