Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of personal injury cases before litigation.

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.

• Evaluate case merits, conduct legal research, and review medical records.

• Supervise and support a team of legal professionals.

• Negotiate and authorize settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Develop case strategies to maximize client compensation.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Florida, in good standing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases, client interactions, or negotiations.

• Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.

• Proven leadership experience in guiding legal teams.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
