Duties

• File claims and manage hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims.
• Maintain a strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills.
• Manage high-volume caseloads with a focus on client service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Security Disability and Florida Workers' Compensation cases.
• Existing book of business strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Proven trial experience before Florida JCCs.
• Strong knowledge of SSA rules, procedures, and appeals process.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.
