Duties

• Manage a litigation caseload of approximately 35-40 files.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of two experienced staff members.
• Focus solely on litigation without handling pre-suit cases.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 5-10 years of plaintiff's side experience.
• Personal injury experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; FileVine experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctorate

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
