Client Development Operations Coordinator
The candidate will interact frequently with attorneys, including partners, and collaborate daily with business colleagues across the firm. Source preferred provider relationships with vendors and hospitality service providers across geographies in relation to all aspects of client gifting and hospitality. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants. With the support of the Client Development Operations Specialist, negotiate supplier pricing and maintain up-to-date data on pricing arrangements. Liaise with colleagues who assist with client gifting and hospitality, becoming the go-to advisor providing suggestions to members of the Client Development team and Legal Executive Assistants. Provide best practice guidance and support to Legal Executive Assistants as they distribute client gifts at the request of their partners. Maintain and advise on all useful information regarding seasons, trends, timing and logistics of client gifting and hospitality. Maintain a database of all client gifting and of recommended client hospitality in key office jurisdictions. Support CD operations projects, particularly those related to budgeting and client relationship care. Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of certain aspects of CD infrastructure and operational processes. Bachelor’s degree is required. Should preferably have 2+ years hospitality, marketing/events or executive support experience in a legal or professional services environment.
