Job Overview: A law firm in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a qualified Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts. This role requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, along with experience in conducting and defending depositions, managing case dockets, and appearing in court.

Job Details:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.
• Candidates licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are encouraged to apply.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
