Duties: Drive Global business strategy by providing day-to-day counsel and advice regarding utilization of staff and personnel in dozens of jurisdictions around the globe. Negotiate and draft international agreements between other member firms worldwide, enabling to leverage workers both inside and outside the United States. Partner closely with leaders and provide advice regarding employment and labor implications associated with strategic business transformations. Advise senior leaders on complex staffing and employment arrangements and devise innovative contractual solutions to unique problems. Lean in and be the driving force to conclusion for complex, cross-border projects and agreements in the people staffing space. Advise leaders regarding use of non-employee contingent labor and/or independent contractors, both inside and outside the US. Support corporate governance initiatives by providing employment-related advice on constitution, by-laws, and other organizing documents. Supervise external counsel engaged on US and international staff-related matters. Identify and drive opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness in the way that Global leverages staff and personnel around the Globe.
