A prominent U.S.-based personal injury law firm is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Attorney based in Argentina to join its international legal team. This role involves managing a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters and collaborating with U.S.-licensed attorneys on claims ranging from auto accidents to wrongful death cases. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced legal professional to work with a nationally recognized firm while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.

Location:

  • Newport Beach, CA

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload involving personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and wrongful death matters

  • Conduct client consultations and case evaluations

  • Draft and review legal documents, such as demand letters, settlement agreements, and motions

  • Negotiate case resolutions with insurance companies and opposing counsel

  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and legal strategies

  • Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and expert witnesses as needed

  • Ensure adherence to applicable U.S. personal injury procedures and case deadlines

  • Perform legal research to support claims and pre-litigation efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law (U.S. claims preferred)

  • Familiarity with U.S. legal processes and litigation procedures

  • Proven ability to manage cases independently in a virtual legal environment

  • Availability to coordinate with a U.S. legal team across multiple time zones

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent legal degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in any U.S. state (preferred but not required)

  • Alternatively, significant experience in U.S.-based personal injury litigation is acceptable

Skills:

  • Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in legal research platforms and cloud-based case management software
