Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Prepare complaints, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar.
• At least 2-3 years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and caseload.
