Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in transactional tax work.
• Prior experience with U.S. and international investment funds preferred.
• Law firm experience required, preferably at a large firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
